Corn Bible has favorable matchup to open playoffs

As the regular season nears its end, both of the Corn Bible Academy basketball teams prepare for the Class B playoffs when the Lady Crusaders (13-8) take on Cement tomorrow night and the Crusaders (11-10) take on Indiahoma Friday night at Fort Cobb. Both games will start at 6 p.m.

Arapaho-Butler basketball faces tough test to open playoffs

With their playoff matches set, the Arapaho-Butler Indians (8-13) will prepare for a defensive test against Shattuck on a neutral floor in Canute Friday night, while the Lady Indians (1110) will try to grind their way through their bracket.

CBA hoops takes one game from Sharon-Mutual

On the night celebrating homecoming, the Corn Bible Lady Crusaders shined bright against the Sharon-Mutual Lady Trojans Friday night, while the Crusaders basketball team had a difficult time.

Lady Reds wrestling sees growth in year two

As its second season nears its end, the Clinton High School Lady Reds wrestling team saw its talent develop more this year.As he looks back between the first season and this year of Lady Reds wrestling, Coach Rob Pitman said one aspect has stood out to him the most about both seasons.

Clinton hoops splits “Court of Dream” game

It is not everyday that high school basketball players get the opportunity to play on a professional court, but both Clinton High School basketball teams got to experience that Wednesday when they participated in the “Court of Dreams” game at the Paycom Center in Oklahoma City against Cache.

CBA hoops swept by Cheyenne-Reydon at home

Under the bright lights of their own gym Tuesday, both basketball teams for Corn Bible Academy were unable to come away with victories.The Lady Crusaders (10-8) were unable to overcome a slow start and fell 45-27 to the Cheyenne- Reydon Lady Bears.
